On the rare occasion that we need to use a technical phrase, we will help you to understand exactly what we mean (e.g. a website, or webpage, is your advert on the Internet)

We do not have a team of salespeople trying to get your business

We do not have a separate team of web designers who try to make sense of what they think you want

and we do not have a team of administrators chasing you for payment of invoices

When we sell our service to you, one person takes the initial instructions from you, designs the website, and finally presents you with our account (sorry, that bit is inevitable)
- When the website is completed the same person will organise any future updates, at very reasonable rates (our hourly charge is currently £37.50)

By doing this, you have continuity and are sure of the best service, throughout your dealings with us
Not only do you have personal service at the design stage, you will continue to receive personal service in the future ..... we do not leave you on your own to struggle with your website ..... we will be there to keep your website going, and to update it for you in the future
